Here I am thinking of all the moms in my life. First of all, my own mom, who passed two years ago: she made us all feel her love, she was always glad to see us. Her house was a warm, welcome home. She was proud of our accomplishments, no matter how little. She loved the grandkids and great grandkids, and they loved her back.
Amy, the mom of Sophie, Carson, and Cameron: patient, patient, patient! With 3 pretty high maintenance kids, she still keeps her cool. And she is cool,...she always looks great! Cute, stylish, and skinny. She shows her kids she loves them, with lots of hugs and kisses.
Wendy, the mom of Coleman, and little what's her name: such a great mom! I love to see her with Coleman, they make jokes, read stories, and pretend. My favorite line: Coleman says, "I need..." and Wendy says, "You need kisses!" and smothers him with kisses.
Emily, the mom of Sally Rose and Alice Marie: she'll never grow up, and that's great! Her kids benefit from that. Everything becomes a game, a story, an adventure. Sally loves to make up stories...hmmm, where did that come from?
I'm so thankful for these wonderful moms, for their diligence in taking care of their kids, for their laughter, for their joy. I love all of you!

Aw, shucks. You know, most of these moms had a pretty stellar role model!
Oh yeah, and grandma is adorable!
Bill looked at this post and grandma's picture and was amazed at the resemblance bewtween us. What do you think?
That was a great post. your daughters are beautiful.
A well deserved tribute to some fine daughters. But then, they have a great mom for an example. You're the best Becky. I really admire and look up to you. Have fun in Atlanta and then in England--if I don't see you before you leave.
That's a beautiful picture of your mother. Reminds me of Emily. You have great daughters who look like such cute moms. How did we all turn into moms when we were just at YW camp?
